You must be 19 years old with a valid physical copy of a US drivers license to rent the ski. If you are between the age of 16-18 with a valid physical copy of a US drivers license, you may drive the jet ski. Parent or guardian must sign waiver.

When it comes to children riding on the jet skis, it’s completely up to the parent or guardian. We do carry infant and child like jackets. We don’t recommend any children under 3 to ride on the jet skis. Anyone not operating the jet ski must ride behind the driver.

We require either $500 in cash or a credit card on file to hold.

We have about a 95% success rate of seeing dolphins on the trip. There are hundreds of dolphins living right in the nearby bays. It’s best to tour when it’s calm for the best visibility, which is usually morning or early evening.

It might take a few minutes to get the hang of it, but it’s relatively easy to ride a waverunner. Pay close attention to the safety orientation and stay away from boats and objects during your trip.

The jet skis are Yamahas and Seadoos. The top speed is 45-60mph.

Our rentals are not available for overnight at this time. The longest are skis can be rented for is 8 hours.

If a jet ski is damaged, there is likely to be a damage fee assessed. When the customer signs the rental paperwork prior to departure, they must agree to the damage price amounts. Upon inspection, the attendant will give the damage which can be paid via credit card or cash. If the customer refuses to pay, we will call local law enforcement and report it. If the customer leaves without taking care of the fees due for damages, their card will be charged.

45-60 mph

1 hour and 2 hour rentals have about a 20 miles radius to ride in the back bays. Half day and full day rentals are free to roam all of the bay waters. No jet skis are allowed in the Gulf of Mexico from this location.

Sorry, but we cannot get that close to the dolphins. In fact, we will always stay at a safe distance so we do not disturb them.

Sorry, but we do not allow wave jumping or any erratic play on the waverunners.

Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If we deem the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip will be rescheduled for another time/day or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it’s outside the 24 hour cancellation period. We do not rent to anyone without a physical copy of a US drivers license or under the age of 19! Refunds will not be given for anyone who fails to comply with this restriction.
